Potholes in the parking lot!!! Too much sunlight creeping through the door frame. The air conditioning was unreliable, leading to a restless night.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 2 nights only. The location was particularly good, just off shopping. It also was close to many attractions. The rooms where all cozy and fine with 1 king bed, the bathroom.

They propietors were very accommodating and friendly. I would definately stay there again.
The airconditioner didn't work very well and room was a bit uncomfortable but it was booked so no.other rooms.

Location was good. Booked on-line, easy.
Uncomfortable bed, lame breakfast. Paid $50 plus 14% tax (7% Indiana tax plus 7% Fort Wayne tax!) I would rate this a $39 room.

Our experience was disappointing overall. The door of our room didn't lock. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and there were stains on the walls, contributing to an unpleasant stay. We also found the room to be freezing cold, and the noise levels were high.
